The important thing to realize with Traffic Exchanges is that most people on them are doing exactly what we are doing. Don't bother promoting some juice or other product, promote free stuff like Veretekk. The browser I recommend you use is Mozilla/Firefox. The reason is that this browser is designed in such a way that you can open multiple browser windows in "tabs". Surfing the traffic exchanges becomes an efficient process because you can surf 4 or more of them efficiently to earn credits.

Here are the steps to take

• Download Mozilla/Firefox
• Signup for an exchange in your Firefox browser.
• Create a favorites folder called "traffic exchanges"
• Add the exchange to your favorites and put it in the Traffic exchanges folder
• Repeat the process until you have joined at least four today.
• Open the folder and scroll to the bottom, select "open in tabs"
• Click from tab to tab to switch between exhanges
• You are now earning credits. You will have to learn a little about each exchange to input the webpages you want to promote.
• Once you have inputted you websites, you will start getting traffic to them. Some exchanges require you to allocate traffic credits to your website to get traffic. Don't forget to do this.
• a half hour of Firefox surfing per day can get you 4 or 5 signups a day, provided you aren't promoting something lame.
